Mr. Strong has written a very inspirational book. Not only does the book invite the reader into his world, clearly communicates his struggles with self and drugs. The book also gives reflections that show growth, maturity, spiritual faith and self love. Although Mr. Strong would be happy with his book helping just one person, I believe it will do much more as Words are a powerful venue. An incredible achievement will come and is going to come to the individual who is sitting on the fence with uncertainty regarding their own struggles and self-worth. Mr. Strong your book is written with words that all readers on many grade levels can follow and absorb. Congratulations on a job well done!

Michael Strong’s autobiography is quite candid on how addiction can impact your life. He demonstrates that through humility one can overcome your addiction and recover. Admire that he is willing to put it all out there for others so they too can see that it is not impossible to take the steps as Michael Strong did to heal himself and those in his life that he has touched. He is continuing to heal and offer his assistance to others through his book and his teachings. A must read for those who are going through addiction, those who are living with someone with an addiction, and health care workers.
